1. Who we are

300x (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a dedicated AI personal assistant service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at 300x.ai and app.300x.ai.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Account data: email address and password (for authentication)
  • Google account data: when you connect Google services, we access your Gmail and Calendar data via the Google API to provide context to your assistant
  • Conversation data: messages you exchange with your assistant
  • User preferences: facts and preferences you share with your assistant

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve your AI assistant experience
  • To read your email and calendar for context (read-only — we never send emails or modify calendar events on your behalf)
  • To authenticate your account
  • To communicate service updates

4. Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only access Gmail and Google Calendar data with your explicit consent
  • Access is read-only — we do not modify, delete, or send data through your Google account
  • Your Google data is processed on dedicated hardware assigned exclusively to you
  • We do not share your Google data with third parties
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising
  • You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings

5. Data storage and security

Your data is processed on dedicated hardware assigned exclusively to your account. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive data (messages, preferences, contacts) is stored locally on your dedicated device — not in shared cloud databases. Authentication and billing data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU).

6. Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, we provide a full data export. After export, all data on your dedicated hardware is permanently erased within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Export your data at any time
  • Disconnect any connected service (Google, WhatsApp) at any time
  • Close your account

8. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude): AI language model for your assistant
  • Supabase: authentication and billing (EU-hosted)
  • Vercel: web application hosting
  • Google APIs: Gmail and Calendar access (with your consent)
