Terms of Service

1. The service

300x provides a dedicated AI personal assistant service. Each subscriber receives a personal AI assistant running on dedicated hardware, accessible through the 300x dashboard at app.300x.ai.

2. Access

300x is an invite-only service. Access is granted at our discretion. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or invitation to others.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription and payment

300x is a paid subscription service. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms are communicated during onboarding. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use 300x to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data or systems
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service
• Use the service for automated bulk operations or spam

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data is processed on dedicated hardware assigned to you. Upon cancellation, you receive a full data export before your data is erased.

7. Google services integration

If you connect your Google account, you authorize 300x to access your Gmail and Google Calendar data in read-only mode. This access is used solely to provide context to your AI assistant. You can revoke this access at any time from your Settings page or from your Google Account permissions.

8. AI limitations

Your AI assistant is powered by third-party language models. While we strive for accuracy, the assistant may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete information. 300x is not liable for decisions made based on assistant output. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full export of your data. Your dedicated hardware will be securely wiped and reassigned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
